Traci has over four decades of real estate experience and knowledge in the real estate industry and continues to be a Top Producer at Sotheby’s Realty. While she has made a name for herself selling high-end properties, she enjoys advising and negotiating for both buyers and sellers alike in all price ranges.
Traci grew up in Marblehead and has made many lifelong friendships that continue to be the reason why she still calls Marblehead home today. After graduating from college, she immediately started her real estate career by joining the family company, Carlson Real Estate. After several years in the corporate office, she became a successful agent in Boston, where she specialized in Boston waterfront properties. She eventually moved her professional business back to Marblehead, Swampscott and The North Shore where she specializes is selling high-end properties.
Traci lives in Marblehead with her husband, Peter, where they have raised their family. She is very active in the community and is a member of the Eastern Yacht Club, Tedesco Country Club, The Club of Small Gardens, The Marblehead Neck Association and The Winter Garden Club of Marblehead Neck. In her spare time she enjoys time with family and friends, boating, skiing, playing pickleball, mahjong, tennis and golf.
