Jodi is a life-long resident of Marblehead and graduated from Marblehead High School and Salem State University .
She has a strong background in the real estate business and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, with the highest level of integrity, at every price point. Jodi and her husband Sean Gildea work together in sales—covering the entire North Shore. They were voted #1 Best Real Estate Agents by 2021 Reader’s Choice Awards-North of Boston. They are part of the CARLSON GROUP, a sales team of 3 generations of family members. Jodi is an active member of the Marblehead community where she has been a travel soccer coach for both boys’ and girls’ teams—as well as running coach for “Fit Girls”. She volunteers at My Brother’s Table and Spur. She is Co-President of The Winter Garden Club, and past member of the Board of Directors for the Marblehead Arts Association.
Jodi, Sean and their two children, Liam and Ella, maintain an active life. They ski, run, bike and stand up paddle board with their two dogs—Lulu and Hazel. They are members of the Dolphin Yacht Club.
