Beverly

Beverly is a highly sought after residential and commercial town on the north shore known as the “Birthplace of America’s Navy” as the first ship commissioned for the US Military had sailed from Beverly harbor in 1775. It is home to Endicott College as well as both the The North Shore Music Theater and The Cabot Street Cinema Theater. Desirable sections including Beverly Farms and Prides Crossing were once summer cottages by affluent owners from New York State and are now owned by many year round residents.

Accessibility is also made easy for the population of nearly 40,000 by major Route 128 as well as the MBTA commuter rail which provides service to Boston’s North Station.
